With the majority of the main works now complete on the Clontarf to City Centre Scheme, localised roadworks are proposed with road closures on Charleville Mall, Killarney Street & Talbot Street (details as per below).

 

The works are necessary to complete some of the remaining road construction works on Clontarf to City Centre Scheme.


Road Closure Talbot Street: 

  • Dates; 13/01/25 – 19/01/25 
  • Description: The traffic management installation is necessary to facilitate the Mastic Works to the Chambers on Talbot Street
  • Traffic Management Layout (Drawing 389)
  • VMS Boards shall display the proposals
  • Letters to be issued to residents


Road Closure Charleville Mall: 

  • Dates; 13/01/25 - 26/01/25 
  • Description: Ducting Works and Resurfacing
  • Traffic Management Layout (Drawing 388)
  • VMS Boards shall display the proposals
  • Letters to be issued to residents


Road Closure Killarney Street: 

  • Dates; 17/01/25 – 26/01/25 
  • Description: Full road construction for portion of Killarney Street close to junction of Portland Row
  • Traffic Management Layout (Drawing 387)
  • VMS Boards shall display the proposals
  • Letters to be issued to residents


 

The proposed temporary traffic management plan for the works is attached for reference.
