Traffic Management Plan- Westbound coming from Cardiff Lane will be diverted via Sir John Rogerson's Quay, City Quay, Lombard Street. East, Townsend Street & Hanover Street East.
- Westbound traffic on Hanover Street East will be diverted via Creighton Street.
- Eastbound traffic on Hanover Street East will be diverted via Cardiff Lane and Sir John Rogerson's Quay.
- Traffic on City Quay will be diverted via Lombard Street East, Townsend Street & Hanover Street East
- Pedestrian access will be maintained
- Local access will be facilitated
